The HB-SC-0050-Q solid-state hydrogen storage is releasing gas at constant pressure which results in high stability of gas flow. This test was performed in Varian’s R&D Center on micro gas chromatography: gas mixture was tested each 20 minutes on new portable analyzer using hydrogen flow of 10-15 l/min. The retention time stayed stable during all 25 hours of testing period.
